Rocky's Voice

Rocky's Voice grew out of conversations with teens who kept asking, "What does a healthy relationship actually look like?" We turned those conversations-and some hard-earned stories from the justice system-into a step-by-step journey.
Across six phases, students first "Know Yourself," then learn what healthy friendships and dating relationships feel like. We talk about respect, communication, and boundaries in plain language, using examples that match what they really see at school, online, and in their communities. We also dig into red flags: controlling behavior, constant pressure, jealousy, and when "jokes" cross the line.
Students practice how to speak up, say no, ask for consent, support a friend, and get help when something doesn't feel right. The tone is honest and real-never preachy. Schools often weave Rocky's Voice into advisory, health, or SEL blocks for grades 6-12.
By the end, youth walk away with a clearer picture of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships and the confidence to protect their own well-being.
